血塞通注射液治疗少量外伤性血胸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价血塞通注射液治疗少量血胸的疗效。方法对69例非手术治疗的外伤性血胸采用随机分组,血塞通注射液治疗组36例和对照组33例。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及胸部X线的变化。结果血塞通注射液治疗组在疗程中总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),特别是中量血胸疗效更为显著:积吸收时间缩短优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血塞通注射液治疗少量外伤性血胸安全、有效。Aim To investigate the effect of the xuesaitong injection for treating a small amount hemothorax. Metheds 69 patients with traumatic hemothorax of nonoperation were divided randomly into contral group（ n = 33） and study group（ n = 36） the clinical featueds and X-ray changes before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in study group was prior to that in contral group（P 〈0.01 ）. Especially in the medium hemothorax. The assimilation time of intraplaurd blood was also more shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The xuesaitong injection is an effective and safe way to treat a small amount traumatie hemothorax.
