高效液相色谱法测定银黄滴丸中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立银黄滴丸中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，以C18色谱柱（5μm，4．6mm×150mm）；0.2mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶-甲醇（80：20）磷酸调pH3．2为流动相；流速为1，0ml·min^-1，检测波长为327nm。结果 绿原酸在0．1825～14.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999。平均回收率为99．20％，RSD为0．91％。结论 该方法简单、灵敏度高，可用于银黄滴丸中绿原酸的含量测定。Aim To establish HPLC meihod for the determination of ehlorogenie acid in yinhuang drop pills. MethOds The Shim - pack C1 8 VP-ODS（ 150 mm - 4.6 mm ,5 μm） was used with 0.2 mol· L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol （ 80： 20 to adjust the pH3. 2 with phosphoric acid） as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ^-1. The detecting wavelength was 327 nm. Results The line- ar range of ehlorogenie acid was 0. 1825 - 14.6 μg,r =0.9999. The average recovery was 99.20% and RSD was 0.91%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
