摘　　要：按生产要素分配是发展社会主义市场经济的客观要求,但目前我国按生产要素分配还处于起步阶段,按多种要素分配的收入比重较低,在运行过程中还存在着诸多问题。究其原因主要是按生产要素分配制度缺位。因此,必须通过构建各种生产要素合理参与分配的制度环境,完善社会主义市场经济条件下的按生产要素分配制度。It is an objective request to distribute according to the production elements to develop the socialism market economy, but the system of this distribution by the production elements is just starting. The distribution by the other elements is still low and there are many problems with it. The reason lies in the institutional insufficiency. Therefore, we must perfect the distributional system by the production element in socialism market economy.
