摘 要:目的 建立麝香草酚含量的气相色谱测定法。方法 色谱条件为DB-I石英毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,起始温度80%,保持4min,以15℃·min^-1的速率升至120℃,保持6min,FID检测器,内标物为水杨酸甲酯。结果 麝香草酚在0.1506-0.3514g·L^-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),加样平均回收率为98.34%,RSD=1.77%(n=6)。结论 该方法处理简单、分离效果好,结果准确可靠。Aim To establish a method to determine the content of Thymol in Zhiyang xiaoyan water. Methods A DB-I capillary column is used to separate the samples. And methyl salicylate is the internal standard. Temperature programming started at 80℃, holding for 4 minutes, then increased to 120℃ at a rate of 15℃·min^-1 , holding 6 minutes. The FID was used as a detector. Results The linear range for thymol was 0.1506 - 0.3514 g · L^-1 ( r = 0. 9991 ). The average recovery was 98.34% ( RSD = 1.75% , n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and can be used for the content determination and the quality control of thymol.
