摘　　要：目的观察生物流体敷料膜在烧伤创面治疗中的效果,以及对创面愈合时间的影响。方法将病人分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例患者。试验组应用生物流体敷料膜,对照组应用传统消毒纱布。对每组病例进行创面细菌培养,观察创面感染情况及创面愈合时间和瘢痕形成情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组创面细菌检出率和瘢痕形成率明显降低,试验组创面愈合时间较对照组显著缩短。结论生物流体敷料膜能抑制创面细菌的生长,促进创面愈合,而且减少病理性瘢痕的发生率。Aim To observe the effects of chitosan fluid dressing （CFD） on burned surface and the healing time of wounded surface. Methods The patients were randomly assigned to two groups, the experimental （50） and the control （50）, In the experimental the patients were treated with chitosan fluid dressing, while in the control with normal antiseptic gauze. The bacteria culture, cicatrizing course and time, infected situation and healing time were observed. Results In the experimental group, the detective rate of bacteria and the cicatrization rate was obviously decreased and the healing time of wounded surface was obviously shortened compared to the control Conclusion The Chitosan Fluid Dressing could inhibit the growth of bacteria, accelerate the healing and bring down the pathological cicatrices.
