摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧对新生儿缺血性脑病(H IE)的治疗作用。方法将80例H IE患儿随机分为高压氧(HBO)组和对照组,高压氧组在常规治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗,对照组只给予常规治疗。结果高压氧治疗组患儿临床症状改善较对照组明显(P<0.01),而后遗症的发生较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论高压氧是治疗H IE的一种有效方法。Aim To explore the therapeutic effects of hyperbaic oxygenation （HB0） on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods Eighty newborns suffering from HIE were randomly divided into hyperoxia and medication group. The hyperoxia group were treated by not only HBO but also medicine,but the latter only treated by medicine. Results The clinic symptoms of hyperroxia group were improved more obviously than that of medication group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but the sequela＇ s ratio of the hyperroxia group less than that of the lat- ter. Conclusion HBO is an effective method of treating HIE.
