摘　　要：文章从理论上对政府与企业矿业权评估博弈模型进行了探讨,主要分析了博弈模型的构成要素、模型的建立条件及模型表述、模型得益因素分析及数学表达、模型的数学表达及博弈均衡分析。用博弈论的思想进行矿业权价值评估问题研究,充分考虑了各方的互动效应,对矿业权价值评估方法的完善提出了一条新的思路。This paper deals with the government-enterprise chess-playing model for mining right evaluation, such as analysis of key factors of the model, condition for establishing the model and the model expression, gain factor and math expression, math expression of the model and balance of the chess-playing. The chess-playing theory is applied in study of mining right evaluation considering fully effect of the mutual action model and providing new way for perfection of the evaluation.
