摘  要:以Visual C++6.0为编程工具,SQL Server2000为数据库平台,Pro/E Wildfire为三维实体建模软件,MATLAB6.0为数学计算软件;开发和探讨了面向对象的可转位浅孔钻三维参数化CAD系统。该系统可根据使用要求计算出刀体上刀片槽最佳的空间位置与刀片的几何参数并输出可转位浅孔钻的三维装配图与各零部件的三维实体图与二维工程图。In this paper an object - oriented 3D parameterized CAD system for drills with indexable inserts is studied and developed using Visual C + + 6.0 as the programming tool, SQL Serve2000 as the database platform, Pro/E Wildfire as 3D solid modeling software and Matlab 6.0 as the mathematical calculation software. With the help of this CAD system, the optimal pocket position on the tool body in 3D space and the geometric parameters of the inserts can be obtained according to the requirements of the user. All of the assembled solid images and the solid images for the components of the drill as well as the 2D drawings can be created and printed out.
