摘  要:通过对多次冲压件冲压过程的初步计算和动态仿真,直观地了解了整个冲压过程的各道工序的变形情况,包括应力、应变和厚度分布等,从而知道哪些位置是危险区,并对冲压工艺进行调整。根据模拟结果,设计模具、确定冲压参数,确保了模具设计的成功。By analyzing stamping processes of the complicated stamping work - piece, Shapes and dimensions of the semi - finished products of every stamping process are defined preliminarily. According to the shapes and the dimensions of the semi -finished products, the simulations for the stamping processes are carried out. The reasonableness of the stamping processes is analyzed, The suitable stamping scheme is obtained by means of modifying the parameters of the semi - finished products. The die sets are fabricated based on the scheme and the qualified product can be stamped out. This paper described the dynamic simulation method of the multi - step forming and the design approach of the stamping process. It makes die sets designed successful at the presence of timc saved and cost effective.
