摘 要:为了改善脉冲爆震发动机(Pu lse detonation eng ine,PDE)试验室噪声向周围环境辐射、传播的现象,研究了消声装置设计方法,建立了进气、排气消声室系统,采用数值模拟和试验的方法,成功地将PDE试验室向外辐射、传播噪声降低30dB(A)以上,达到了降噪目的,已接近该处的本底噪声。通过数值模拟的方法获得消声室内流场的分布,分析了气流对消声器的声学性能影响,试验验证了从传播途径上降低PDE试验室向外辐射、传播噪声的方法是非常有效的,极大地减少了脉冲爆震发动机试验造成的噪声污染。To reduce the noise of pulse detonation engines in the test room to eradiate and diffuse around environment, filling and exhaust mufflers are designed. The labyrinthine muffler ,slab with orifice ,taper and diverging room are skillfully combined. This complex configuration can be fit for the operating conditions of the pulse detonation engine. With numerical simulation and experiment, the noise of PDE (pulse detonation engine) test room is reduced over 30 dB(A) and the expectation is achieved because it is close to the background noise. The velocity distribution is obtained and the effect airflow on acoustics character of mufflers is investigated. The experiment verifies that the method can reduce the noise by the diffuse track. The noise and the vibration pollution of PDE test room are reduced.
