摘 要:分析济南市的水资源开发利用现状,预测了中长期需水态势,构建了考虑南水北调供水情况下的济南市水资源供需分析数学模型。根据拉格朗日对偶理论,将模型最小化问题转化为其对偶函数最大化问题,利用大系统分解协调理论,将复杂问题分解成为若干个比原问题简单的、规模小的子问题,通过协调各级间关系寻求达到整个大系统的最优化,求得模型的最优解。计算结果表明,采用该模型进行水资源供需分析比较合理。The present situation of water resources development and utilization in Ji' nan City is analyzed, and the trend of medium-and long-term water demand is forecast. A numerical model considering water supply by the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is established for water resources demand-supply analysis for Ji' nan City. Based on the Lagrange dual theory and the largescale system decomposition-ceordination theory, the problem of objective function minimization is converted to maximization of the dual function, and a complicated problem is decomposed into several small-scale sub-problems, which are easy to be solved as compared with the original problem. As a result, the optimization of the whole large-scale system is realized by coordination of the relationships between the subsystems, and thus the optimal solution to the model is obtained. Calculated results show that the numerical model is reasonable for water resources demand-supply analysis .
