摘　　要：以硬脂酸与酰胺为原料合成了硬脂酸酰胺无灰防锈添加剂,具有优良的防锈性能,应用于无灰抗磨液压油中,使油品的性能满足GB 11118.1-94规格要求,应用于M220重负荷开式齿轮油中,使油品的性能满足AGMA250.02规格要求,应用于钢厂专用220重负荷工业齿轮油中,使油品的性能满足GB 5903-1995规格要求。With excellent anti - rust property, a sort of ashless anti- rust additive was synthesized by taking stearic acid and amide as raw material. This additive was applied to ashless anti - wear hydraulic fluids, fulfilling the specification of GB 11118.1 - 94; It was used in heavy - load open gear oil M220, meeting the specification of AGMA 250.02 ; Also, while using for the special 220 heavy - load industrial gear oil in Steel mill, this additive, can reach the specification of GB 5903 - 1995.
