摘  要:LED的低出光率制约了LED的发展。它导致了芯片发热、光衰快、LED寿命降低等影响。另外,它也影响了LED厂商降低生产成本的可能。目前一般使用光学透镜以增加光效,然而我们一直采用传统的电子元件封装方法而忽略了LED作为照明的光学特性,这也给LED测量带来了相当大的误差。本文分析了LED芯片低出光率的原因及其影响。同时也介绍了提高出光率的几种途径。The low light extracting rate of LED ties up the development of LED. It makes the chip heat, light intensity weaker, and the life shorter, In addition, it affects the LED producer reducing the cost. The operator uses Optics Lens to increase the Light efficiency. However, we followed to use the traditional way of electronics packing and neglects LED Optics Characteristics, which brought greatly measuring mistakes.This acticle analyzes the refractive index of the chip causing the lower light extracting Rate. Meanwhile, it analyzes these above-mentioned various aspects of influences to the light extracting Rate. And it introduces the ways of increasing the light extracting rate.
