镇江市内镜消毒效果与监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对镇江市医院内镜消毒效果进行监测,为探索影响医院内镜消毒效果的关键环节,指导规范消毒,控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部2004年《内镜洗消毒技术操作规范》和卫生部2002年《消毒技术操作规范》进行检测和评价。结果内腔面消毒符合率为70.37%,活检钳灭菌符合率为85.71%,消毒剂有效成分含量达标率30.76%。内镜微生物污染菌主要为大肠杆菌,绿脓杆菌等细菌。结论影响内镜消毒效果的主要原因是消毒时间短、消毒剂有效成分含量不达标。同时内镜清洗不彻底、环境、设施达不到规范要求也影响内镜消毒效果。提高内镜消毒质量是控制院内感染的重要措施。Objective To monitor the endoscope disinfection effect of hospitals in Zhenjiang and to find out the key risk factors that influence the endoscope disinfection effect for controling the infection in these hospitals. Methods According to ＂The Criterion of Endoscope Disinfection＂ in 2004 and ＂The Criterion of Active Technic of Endoscope Disinfection＂ in 2002 of the Ministry of Public Health, we examined and evaluated the endoscope disinfection in hospitals of zhenjiang. Results The qualified rate of the internal of endoscope disinfection was 70.37%, the biopsy forceps was 85.71%, and the disinfection agent content level of disinfectant had only 30.76 % reached the required concentration. The contamination bacterial species were mainly Bacillus coil and Bacillus pyocyaneus. Conclosions The main influence factors of the endoscope disinfection are unqualified - effective - concentration disinfectant and inadequate disinfection time. In addition, the unqualified washing procedure before disinfection and substandard disinfection environment and equipment affect the endoscope disinfection effect. To improve the effect of endoscope disinfection is the important measure for the control of nosocomial infection.
