张家界市艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT),及时发现HIV感染者和艾滋病病人,为求询者提供艾滋病的预防控制、心理支持及生活关怀等必要的知识信息。方法根据热线电话咨询和面对面咨询的特点分别建立SPSS数据文件,对自愿者免费检测HIV抗体,结果阳性标本送湖南省疾病预防控制中心确认。结果一年内接受856人电话咨询,其中31人接受了HIV检测,检测率3.6%;面对面咨询81人,有80人接受HIV检测,检测率98.8%。对80名自愿者免费检测HIV抗体,确认HIV感染者5人,感染率6.25%。结论推广VCT项目,有利于及时发现HIV感染者和AIDS病人,加大宣传力度,提升VCT工作的保密性,可以提高工作效率,并能有效地促使有高危行为的求询者的行为改变,有利于减少HIV的传播扩散。Objective Through HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） to discover the HIV infected person and AIDS patient, and provide essential knowledge promptly, such as the prevention and control, psychological support and life concern. Methods We established the SPSS databsae separately according to the characteristics of face - to - face consultation and hot line consulting service, offered the volunteers free testing of HIV antibodies, and then delivered the positive samples to Hunan provincial CDC to confirm it. Results Altogether 856 persons consulted us through hot lines in a year and the testing rate was 3.6 %. Among the 81 persons from face- to- face consultation, the examination rate was 98.8 % （80/81）＋ We examined 80 volunteers with the HIV antibodies, and confirmed 5 cases infected HIV, the infection rate was 6.25 %. Conclusion To promote the VCT project will help promptly discover the HIV infected cases and the AIDS patients. Improvement of education and assurance of privacy of the VCT work will help enhance the working efficiency, and effectively change the behavior, reduce the dissemination of HIV.
