摘　　要：JPEG2000标准提供了一系列良好的性能。其中嵌入式感兴趣区域(ROI)编码是重要特点之一。对图像压缩和传输处理,总是希望自己所感兴趣的图像区域能够得到相对于背景(BG)区域更好的压缩效果,并且能够在传输过程中得到优先处理。为了降低JPEG2000编码复杂度,根据JPEG2000感兴趣域(ROI)编码的原理,依据ROI编码的特点及ROI与背景区域系数的关系,提出一种基于改进高频部分的最大位移方法,以达到优化ROI编码的目的。JPEG2000 standard provides a series of good performance. The ROI coding is one of the important features.
