摘　　要：浙江省土地和矿产资源较少,然而经济发展和村镇建设一直居全国前列,其发展经验值得研究。从新农村规划及建设两个方面分析和总结了浙江省新农村建设的经验,并给出了相应的政策建议。这些结论及建议对于其他正在进行新农村建设的省份具有重要的借鉴价值。Although resource is scare in Zhejiang Province, the level of village and town construction is high in China. So, this article analyzed its state of art from the view of new village planning and construction; summarized the construction experience in Zhejiang and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions which have great use for reference to these provinces who are now constructing the new villages.
