摘 要:用活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,高效合成了二甲基丙烯酸丁二醇酯。比较了3种不同的负载方法对催化活性的影响,筛选出了活性最高的负载方法。在此方法下,考察了酯化反应条件对催化活性的影响,得出优化合成条件为:n(酸)∶n(醇)=2.3∶1,催化剂(净含量)用量为总反应物质量的2.5%,带水剂甲苯用量为总反应物质量的25%,反应温度维持在100~110℃,反应1h左右。优化条件下,酯化率可达到95.0%,且催化剂重复使用6次,酯化率仍保持在85.0%以上,是本酯化反应较理想的催化剂。Butanediol dimethylacrylate was effectively synthesized by direct esterification from butanediol and methylacrylate over p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon as the catalyst. The best method of supporting was obtained. Under the optimum reaction conditions which were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 100-110℃, reaction time 1 h, the molar ratio of methylacrylic acid to butanediol was 2.3:1, the amounts of catalyst and toluene were 2.5% and 25% relatively, the yield of Butanediol dimethylacrylate could reach 95.0%. A study of the repeated use of these catalysts has shown that an estefification rate of more than 85.0% was still obtained after they have been repeatedly used for 6 times.
