摘 要:针对影响涡流室柴油机冷起动性能的因素及涡流燃烧室最佳结构参数匹配问题,采用5种燃烧室设计方案进行了对比试验,得到了0℃左右冷起动时合理设计的涡流室副燃烧室形状和尺寸、通道的形状与位置、起动孔的锥度与夹角、主燃烧室活塞顶导流槽的形状等参数;将各项性能较优的方案1和方案2应用于165F柴油机,结果表明,在-2℃的低温下能使其顺利起动,且性能指标得到了改善,达到了预期的效果。Aim at the factors that affect swirl-chamber diesel engine cold starting capability and the matching between the best structural parameters of swirl-chamber, five schemes of combustion chamber have been tested on diesel engine. The parameters which can make the diesel engine cold start about 0 ℃ have been got, include the shape and size of the auxiliary chamber, the shape and position of the channel which connects the main combustion chamber and the auxiliary combustion chamber, the taper of staring hole,the shape of drained channel which is on top of the piston in main chamber. The better schemes one and two have been applied to 165F diesel engine, the result indicates that the engine can start at -2℃ and the other performance parameters are not inferior to those of the primary diesel.
