摘　　要：结合部队车辆装备管理信息平台的开发实例,介绍基于C/S与B/S综合架构的管理信息系统的开发设计思路与方法;探讨该架构在同类系统开发应用中的优势;比较和分析Delphi,JSP等系统开发技术;在此基础上研究了系统的主要功能、体系结构以及实现方法。This paper, taking a base for example, introduces a technology of how to develop the management information system （MIS） software efficiently, and makes a analysis of the MIS software based on browser/server and client/server synthesis structure. The paper also researches into Delphi and JSP technology which had been used to implement the system and presents the principle of design, the system frame, main functions of the vehicle equipment MIS software.
