摘　　要：在介绍窄间隙焊接的优越性和钛合金各种焊接方法的基础上,着重介绍了俄罗斯中央结构材料研究院研制出的一种应用于钛合金的窄间隙TIG焊接技术,并分析了该技术的优缺点、工艺特性及此工艺下的啮合强化效应,分析并讨论了产生此强化效应的原因。A new technology of narrow-gap TIG welding of titanium alloys developed by the Central Research Institute in Russia is focused, based on introductions of various welding processes adopted for titanium alloys and the advantages of narrow-gap welding Relative merits of this technology, and the effect of contact strengthening in the gap, are also analyzed. The cause of contact strengthening effect is discussed in the end.
