摘 要:随着维修性地位的不断提高,维修性设计已成为整个装备研制阶段不可或缺的工程活动。然而,作为一系列维修性设计活动基础的维修性设计要求一般生成过程还存在着若干问题。通过对装备维修性设计要求的形成过程与生成方法进行初步研究,建立由维修方案到维修性设计要求的一般分解过程,旨在从根本上解决维修性设计要求的提出与生成问题。此外还对维修性设计要求的概念、一般特征进行了归纳和总结。研究结果不仅是对维修性工程理论与方法的完善,而且为未来的维修性一体化设计奠定了理论基础。With the importance of maintainability continuously increasing, maintainability design has become a necessary engineering activity in the whole equipment development phase. However, the general generation process of maintainability design requirements which is the basis of a series of maintainability design activities still has some problems. This paper aims to solve the problem of the generation of maintainability design requirements uhimately. According to primary research on the geoerution process and methodology of maintainability design requirements, the general disa.ssembly process which from maintenance concept to maintainability design requirements is established. Furthermore, this paper is also concludes and summarized the c.onception and general characteristics of maintainability design requirements. The resuh of this research not only contributes to making basic theory and methodology of maintainability engineering perfect, but also provides theory foundation for maintainability integrated design in the future.
