摘　　要：本文从拉德布鲁赫对法律神学的知识立场出发,力图对其法哲学在早期和晚期之间发生的根本性转折进行彻底的理解,并通过这一理解来把握其法哲学的精髓及弱点。最终希望从他思想经历的历史命运中倾听如何对待法律神学的历史启示。Based on Radbruch＇s epistemological standpoint of legal theology, the thesis attempts to make a thorough understanding of the ultimate transition from early stage to later stage of his legal philosophy, and touches the spirit of his legal philosophy as well as its weakness by the understanding. It tries to reach a historical inspiration from the destiny of the experience of his thoughts about how to treat legal theology.
