摘　　要：目的研究分娩过程中产妇的需求,为助产士有的放矢提供服务及开展护理研究提供指导。方法采用质性研究的方法,用便利取样的方法选择15名产妇通过访谈收集资料。每例访谈均全程录音,将访谈录音逐字逐句记录下来,并记录产妇的表情和非语言行为,从产妇的建议里、表扬里、批评里了解产妇每一个需求。结果取得了4类32项产妇需求;获得了产妇需求的趋势性资料。结论分娩过程产妇的心理和服务需求,比生理和技术需求迫切、强烈,这与WHO“正常分娩监护使用守则”所提供的陪伴分娩、全面支持、非药物镇痛、心理保健相符合。Objective To study the need of lying-in woman during delivery, and to provide guidelines to the nurses for conducting the purposed service and doing the nursing study. Methods 15 lying-in women were chosen through the method for convenience sampling using the qualitative research. The information was collected through interviews. Each interview was recorded in the study for lying-woman＇s need during the whole process of delivery. Each word during the interviews was recorded, and the expressions and non-verbal behaviors were also recoded to understand each lying-in woman＇s need from her suggestions, appreciations and criticisms. Results The needs of 32 lying-in women in 4 kinds were acquired. The information on the trend for lying-in woman＇ s needs was acquired. Conclusions The need for psychology and service of lying-in woman during delivery is more urgent and stronger than that for physiology and technology. This conforms to the accompanied delivery, overall supporting, non-drug ease pains and psychological health advocated by WHO＇s Protocol for normal delivery monitoring.
