血液透析患者血浆ANP水平与残肾功能相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者血浆ANP与残肾功能关系。方法收集24例无明显心力衰竭的维持性血液透析患者,检测血清ANP和肌酐水平,记录患者血压和透析间期体重增加情况。结果维持性血液透析患者血清ANP水平与肾小球滤过率显著负相关(β=-0.421,P=0.041),而与血清肌酐水平显著正相关(β=0.518,P=0.01);血清ANP水平与透析间期增加体重/体重正相关,差异无显著性(P>0.05);血清ANP水平与收缩压显著正相关(β=0.509,P=0.011),与舒张压正相关,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者血浆ANP与残肾功能负相关,与收缩压正相关,检测ANP水平有助于评价血液透析患者容量状态。[Objective] To explore the relationship between serum ANP and residual renal function. [Methods] Twenty-four hemodilytic patients without obvious heart failure were included for the study. Serum ANT and creatinine were measured, additional body weight interdialytic period and blood pressure were recorded at the same time. [Results] Negetive regression was found between serum ANP and glomercular filtration rate （β=-0.421 P=0.041）, while positive regression was found between serum ANP and ereatinine（β=0.518 P =0.01）. No significant regression was found between serum ANP and additional body weight interdialytie period/body weght （P 〉0.05）. Serum ANP was positively related with systolic blood pressure （β=0.509 P =0.011）, while serum ANT and diastolic blood pressure was not significantly related （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusions] Serum ANT were negetively related with residual renal function and positively related with systolic blood pressure, the measurement of serum ANT help to assess volume states of hemodialytie patients.
