影响邢钢8m^2竖炉球团质量和产量的因素分析

摘　　要：根据邢钢8 m2竖炉的炉型和热工制度,找出了工艺中存在的问题及其对球团生产的影响。通过对各区的极限产量计算,指出生球干燥是竖炉提高球团产量的限制性因素,认为如果干燥能力与焙烧能力相匹配,生产能力可以提高一倍以上。Based on the profile and thermal system the problems in process of 8 m^2 shaft furnace of Xing Steel is found out as well as their influence to pellet production. It is concluded by calculating the maximum output of various regions that to dry green pellet is the limiting factor for increasing the output of shaft furnace and the production can be increased by 1 time if dry capacity is correspondent with roast capacity.
