摘  要:分析了5种中碳钢保护渣对结晶器热流的影响,结晶器热流过大或热流稳定性越差时连铸坯表面纵裂出现的几率越大。对渣膜取样研究表明,保护渣对结晶器热流的控制是通过渣膜结构来实现的,要得到控制热流好的渣膜结构必须保证渣膜的高结晶率,找出了适合邯钢中碳钢连铸坯的保护渣组成。Influences of five kinds of casting powder for medium - carbon steel to molds heat flow are introduced, The greater the molds heat flow or the worse the stability of heat flow, the greater the probability of longitudinal cracks occurred on the surface of continuous casting billet, It is showed from research of powder film sample that casting powder controls heat flow of mold through the powder film structure, whereas the higher the crystallization ratio of powder film, the better the heat flow control of powder film structure. The composition of casting powder to fit continuous casting billet of medium - carbon steel of Han Steel is found.
