石钢20G高压锅炉管钢的生产实践

摘　　要：石钢采用55tLD-60t（LF＋VD）-CC试制20G高压锅炉管钢，结果表明：Als含量≤0．010％时钢中总氧含量为（12～22）×10^-6、残余元素及有害元素含量较低、成本比电炉工艺降低444．05元／t，实物质量满足用户要求。We trial - produced 20G high - pressure boiler pipe steel with 55tLD - 60t（ LF ＋ VD） - CC. It is showed from the result that the total content of oxygen is （ 12 -22） ×10^-6 when the content of Als is not higher, than 0. 010 percent, the content of retained or harmful elements are fewer, the cost is 444. 05 yuan per ton less than that in electric furnace process and products can meet demands from customers.
