摘  要:用梯度浓度的2,4-D处理黄瓜幼苗,随着2,4-D浓度增加,黄瓜叶片内产生一系列生理变化:O_2^-浓度上升;OH浓度先上升最终又下降;丙二醛浓度增加;细胞膜相对透过率增大;抗氧化酶SOD和APX活性先上升后又下降;抗氧化物ASC质量分数下降;同时含铁蛋白增加以吸收叶片内游离铁,由此抑制铁催化的Fenton反应,从而缓解机体受到的氧化伤害.The effect of ferritin in cucumber leaves on the protection against oxidative stress induced by 2, 4-D was studied. The results showed that there were a series of physiological changes in cucumber leaves with the increase of 2, 4-D concentration. O2^.- radicals concentration increased; ^.OH radicals concentration rose at first but fell eventually; MDA concentration rose and the relative penetrability of cell membrane increased. Some antioxidant mechanisms in organism were activated to relieve the damage to leaves. Antioxidant enzymes SOD and APX activities rose and then fell; antioxidant ASC concentration decreased. At the same time, ferritin increased to absorb free iron in leaves. Consequently, the iron-catalyzed Fenton reaction would be inhibited, thus relieving the oxidative damage to organisms.
