化痔栓局部刺激性与过敏性试验研究

摘　　要：目的评价化痔栓的局部刺激性和过敏性。方法采用家兔皮肤刺激性试验、家兔直肠黏膜刺激性试验和豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验。结果相当于临床用量18倍的化痔栓对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤经肉眼观察和病理检查综合分析显示均无刺激性;相当于临床用量25倍的化痔栓对家兔直肠黏膜经肉眼观察和病理检查综合分析显示均无刺激性;相当于临床用量7倍的化痔栓对豚鼠的皮肤无过敏性和全身反应。结论化痔栓无明显的局部刺激性和过敏性。Objective To estimate the local stimulus and hypcrsensitivcness of HuaZhiShuan. Methods The rabbit skin stimulus test, mucous membrane of rectum stimulus test, and guinea pig skin hypersensitivity test were used. Results HuaZhiShuan equivalent to 18 multiple of clinical dosage was not stimulus to rabbit complete skin and damaged skin by macroscopic and pathological observation. HuaZhiShuan equivalent to 25 multiple of clinical dosage was not stimulus to rabbit mucous membrane of recttum by macroscopic and pathological observation. HuaZhiShuan equivalent to 7 multiple of clinical dosage was not hypersensitive to guinea pig skin, and did not provoke general reaction. Conclusion HuaZhiShuan did not possess evident local stimulus and hypersensitiveness.
