摘 要:针对矿井主通风机运行效率低的主要原因与影响因素,论述了采用变频调速方式降低矿井主通风机能耗的基本原理与方法.给出了变频调速器工作原理及通风机调速节能技术原理.基于风机始终运行在最佳工况点,提出了确定变频技术参数的方法,并研究了通风网络参数Q,H对电机变频节能效果的影响.在此基础上,建立了闭环变频节能模型与控制模型.本方法具有无级调速,且调速范围大、节能效果显著等特点,具有重要的推广应用价值.The basic principle and method for energy conservation of a main fan by use of a variable speed control system are described based on analysis of the main and influencing factors for low efficiency of the fan in operation The working principle of variable frequency speed controller and technical principle of energy conservation by speed regulation of fan are also described. The method for determination of parameters of variable frequency converter is proposed based on the fact that the fan always runs at an optimal point. The effect of ventilation network parameters Q and H on energy conservation is also studied. Based on this analysis a close loop variable frequency and energy conservation model and a control model are established. This method is characterized by variable speed control, wide range of regulation and good energy saving effect, etc. It is worthy of wide application
