胎盘植入产妇血清肌酸激酶的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨胎盘植入产妇血清肌酸激酶(CK)的变化。方法:对35例正常产妇,31例胎盘粘连和26例胎盘植入产妇分别测定其血清CK活性。结果:胎盘植入产妇血清CK水平为131.2±30.4 U/L,胎盘粘连产妇血清CK水平为77.6±27.8 U/L,正常产妇为68.9±24.5 U/L,胎盘植入产妇血清CK水平明显高于胎盘粘连和正常产妇,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。以CK活性95 U/L作为诊断胎盘植入的界限值,敏感性为91.7%、特异性为88.7%、阳性预测值为83.1%、阴性预测值为96.8%。结论:测定血清CK活性对临床诊断胎盘植入有意义。Objective：To study the value of serum creatine kinase （CK） in diagnosis of placenta increta. Methods：To determinate the activity of serum CK in 35 normal gravidas,31 placenta accreta and 26 placenta increta gravidas respectively,Results;The activity of serum CK in placenta inoreta （131.2±30.4 IU/L） was higher than that in placenta accreta （77.6 ±27.8 IU/L） and normal group （68.9 ± 24.5 IU/L） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. To select 95 IU/L as the cutoff point,the sensitivity was 91.7%, specificity was 88.7%, positive predictive value was 83.1% ,and the negative predictive value was 96.8%. Conclusions.To determinate the activity of serum CK was useful in diagnosis of placenta increta predelivery, which could be a new method to screen and diagnose the placenta increta.
