摘　　要：介绍了Grimm型辉光放电光源的结构和特性。对辉光放电光源在分析应用中的改进措施作了较详细的综述,包括采用不同的放电方式、光源结构的改造、与光源增强技术结合和改变放电气体等。展望了辉光放电光源发展的前景。After a description of the structure and characteristics of Grimm type glow discharge source, the improvements of glow discharge source for analytical applications are described, including use of different discharge modes, reconstruction of source structure, application of source enhancement techique and change of discharge gases. The future research direction of of glow discharge source is discussed.
