病灶清除持续冲洗负压吸引治疗慢性骨髓炎

摘　　要：作者自１９８９年起采用病灶清除持续冲洗负压吸引治疗慢性骨髓炎１９例，经１～５年的随访，结果优１７例，良２例，无伤口不愈合或复发者。本文介绍了该治疗的具体做法、优点及有关的注意事项。Nineteen cases of chronic osteomyelitis were treated with continuous irrigation and vacuum drainage following sequestrectomy and currettage and were followed-up for 1 to 5 years. No wound healing failure or recurrence of osteomyelitis was found. The details of the technique and its advantages as well as cautions were also discussed in this paper.
