摘 要:目的:探讨B超美蓝染色定位技术在乳腺微小病灶(直径≤1.0cm)切除和诊断中的作用。方法:对3935例乳腺病灶(A组)进行B超美蓝染色定位检查和切除手术,并与未采用美蓝染色定位手术者2846例(B组)进行对比分析。结果:3935例患者中乳腺微小病灶(直径≤1.0cm)共1268例,其中36例为早期浸润型导管癌,17例为原位癌,45例为重度非典型增生。A组乳腺微小病灶的检测率和早期乳腺癌的诊断率均明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论:B超美蓝染色定位技术可有效提高对乳腺微小病灶切除的准确性以及早期乳腺癌的诊断率。Objective: The effect of B-uhrasonagraphy and staining with methylene blue on diagnosis and removal of small mammary focus (diameter ≤ 1.0 cm) was discussed. Method: 3 935 cases of mammary focus (group A) were diagnosed and removed by the method of B-ultrasonic and staining with methylene blue with the comparison of 2 846 cases (group B) not using the method. Results: In 3935 cases, 1 268 cases were small mammary focus (diameter ≤ 1.0 cm) which contained 36 cases of early invasive ducfus cancer, 17 cases of carcinoma in situ and 45 cases of high atypical hyperplasia. The rates of detection and diagnosis of small mammary focus in group A were obviously higher than B group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The method of B-ultrasonic and staining with methylene blue significantly improved the accuracy of removal of small mammary focus and the percentage of diagnose of early breast cancer.
