摘 要:采用悬浮熔炼-铜模吸铸法制备了Cu基块状金属玻璃,对直径5.0 mm的Cu50Zr42Al8三元合金圆棒利用X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对合金的结构和热稳定性进行了测定.实验结果表明,该合金圆棒的组织为明显的非晶相,玻璃转变温度Tg、晶化温度Tx的值分别为730 K与778 K,过冷液相区宽度ΔT值为48 K,临界冷却速度Rc为25.5 K/s,表明该合金具有较强的玻璃形成能力,悬浮熔炼-铜模吸铸法是一种适合于制备块状金属玻璃的方法.The Cu-based bulk metallic glass was prepared by means suspend melting-copper mold suction casting, and the structure and thermal properties of the ternary alloy CusoZr4zAl8 rod of 5.0 mm in diame- ter was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), respectively. The results showed that the structure of the rod was composed of amorphous phase, the glass transition temperature Tg and crystallization temperature Tx of the bulk metallic glass CusoZr4zAl8 was 730 K and 778 K, respectively, the temperature interval of the supercooled liquid region △T was 48 K, and the critical cooling rate Rc was 25. 5 K/s, meaning that the alloy had higher glass-forming ability and the method of suspend melting-copper mold suction casting is a suitable method for preparing bulk metallic glass.
