摘　　要：河北省的钢铁产业及由此而形成的钢铁产业链是河北省的支柱产业及产业群。本文从分析河北省钢铁产业在全国工业布局的区位功能及对本省社会经济支撑程度入手,立足于产业生产力优化配置的思想,对河北省钢铁产业生产力配置和布局中存在的问题进行了具体的剖析,全面诊断了河北省钢铁产业生产力系统的运行态势,提出改进和提升河北省钢铁产业生产力配置效率的具体思路与设想,并就生产力系统运行的外部支持条件进行了分析,为合理规划和调整产业生产力优化配置战略提供了有益参考。The iron ＆ steel industry and the industrial chain, which are composed of iron ＆ steel, are important industry and industrial group of Hebei province. Based on the analysis of area function of national industry and supporting level on social economy of Hebei province, on the basis of the tentative idea of productive forces reasonable disposition, the problems of productive forces disposition and distribution about iron ＆ steel industry of Hebei province have been analyzed. The productive forces systematic situation of iron ＆ steel industry has been studied as well. The idea and thought of improving the productive forces effects have been delivered, and the supporting conditions of the productive forces systematic running have been analyzed. The beneficial effects of planning and regulating strategy about the productive forces reasonable disposition have been provided in this paper.
