摘　　要：东北地区等老工业基地调整和改造,必须考虑以资源开采为主的城市和地区发展接续产业并保证支持该地区快速持续发展所需要的矿产资源稳定支撑。本文讨论了基于ArcIMS的东北地区资源支撑能力评价系统的系统结构、数据库构建和系统模块设置,目的在于为政府重新调整东北地区主要矿产资源支撑能力和开发利用发展战略提供信息支持和理论依据。To adjust and rebuild the old industrial base in northeast China, the succession industry for cities whose main industries are resource exploitation and guarantee mineral resources supporting for the fast sustainable development of these area must be considered. This paper discusses an evaluation system of resources supporting capacity in northeast China basing on ArcIMS, including system organization, database construction and system modules. This system aims to supply information support and theory reference for government readjust mineral resources supporting capacity and exploitation utilization development strategy in northeast China.
