简化青霉素皮试液配置方法的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:目的探讨不抽气泡配置的青霉素皮试液是否均匀及抽取速度和放置时间对皮试液的影响;方法利用流体力学中射流及不同浓度液体间自由扩散的原理,分别测定不抽气泡配置的1ml注射器内首端和末端青霉素皮试液内的钠离子含量,以间接判定皮试液是否混匀。并按不同的抽取速度和放置时间进行分组,分析其与皮试液混匀之间的关系。结果不抽气泡配置的注射器内首、末端的青霉素皮试液钠含量在统计学上无差异显著性(p〉0.05),不同抽取速度和不同的放置时间配置的皮试液钠含量无统计学差异。结论不抽气泡配置的皮试液是混匀的,抽取速度和放置时间对皮试液是混匀无影响。Objective To study the evenness of penicillin solution for skin test disposed without withdrawing bubble and the influence of withdrawing velocity and laying time on the evenness of the solution for skin test, Methods The concentration of sodium of penicillin solution for skin test disposed without withdrawing bubble in the first and end of l ml syringe were respectively tested by using the principles of fluid mechanics of shot fluid and free diffusing between solution of different concentration, so that the evenness of the solution for skin test was indirectly judged. The samples were divided into different groups according to withdrawing velocity and laying time and to analyze the relationship between it and evenness of the solution. Results The concentration of sodium in penicillin solution for skin test disposed without withdrawing bubble were not significant different between the first and end of 1 ml syringe, the sodium concentration of penicillin solution for skin test disposed by different withdrawing velocity and laying time were not statistical difference . Conclusions The penicillin solution for skin test disposed without withdrawing bubble is well-distributed , withdrawing velocity and laying time do not have influence on evenness of the solution for skin test .
