摘　　要：Enterprise information Management Stratagem is the integration of the enterprise assisted management system and information system including organizational management, products research, production management, marketing. The value of the enterprise IT application is based on the embodiment of copositive benefit in the production operation and management course. The true value of the EIMS not only includes the catalogue in the enterprise operation course, but accord with the enterprise long business operation activities and enterprise value chain increment course.
