应用护理程序对泌尿系结石病人实施健康教育的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨应用护理程序对泌尿系结石病人进行健康教育的效果。[方法]将480例病人随机分为两组。对照组进行一般的健康知识宣教，教育组按整体护理程序对病人实施健康教育。[结果]应用护理程序进行健康教育组对泌尿系结石的相关知识掌握情况明显高于一般健康宣教的对照组；教育组的复发率明显低于对照组。[结论]应用护理程序进行健康教育能有效提高泌尿系结石病人的健康知识水平，有利于本疾病病人的康复、预防和疾病的复发，提高其生活质量。Objective： To probe into applying nursing procedure to carry out health education for patients with calculus of urinary system. Method： A total of 480 patients with calculus of urinary system were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group were given health education based on holistic nursing procedure, while patients of control group were given propaganda of general health knowledge. Result： The grasp of related knowledge of urinary system calculus in patients of test group is much higher than that of control group. The recurrence rate of the disease in test group were obviously lower than that of control. Conclusion： To apply nursing procedure to carry out health education for urinary system calculus patients could enhance the health knowledge level of them effectively, which is benefit for their recovery, prevention and reoccurrence of the disease, And it can enhance the quality of living of urinary system calculus patients as well.
