关中、中原、山东半岛三城市群产业结构与分工的比较研究

摘　　要：采用区位商、相对专业化指数和相对多样化指数等指标定量分析了关中、中原、山东半岛三城市群的产业结构、专门化和多样化,并考察了它们与城市群发展之间的关系。通过指标计算与回归分析发现,目前三城市群总体上,相对全国而言的偏高的产业专门化和偏低的多样化,不利于城市群的发育;沿海和内地城市群的产业在发展动力方面存在着差异沿海对产业多样化较敏感,而内陆则不显著;产业专门化不利于城市群发展,而多样化对城市群发展有一定的正向作用,但短期内作用并不明显。In this paper, location quotient, relative-specialization index and relative-diversity index are used to analyze the industrial structure, the industry specialization and diversification, as well as the relationship between the economic development and the industrial structure and division of Guan-zhong, Zhong-yuan and Shan-dong peninsula urban agglomerations. By calculating and non-linear regressing, we find that the industrial structure of three urban agglomerations is on low level as a whole, and the industrial division is obviously on the elementary stage and needs to deepen further. We also find that the external service function of the nuclear city is relatively weak and difficult to play the role of growth pole in driving the development of urban agglomerations. Though there have the largest employees in manufacturing industry among all industries in most cities, it does not have an obvious advantage in the whole Country. Generally, the degree of industrial specialization of three urban agglomerations is higher than the Country and the degree of industrial diversion is lower, which is unfavorable to the development of the urban agglomerations. The developing motive force is different between the inland urban agglomerations and the coastal urban agglomerations, and it is relatively sensitive to industrial diversification to the coastal enterprises, but not remarkable in the inland. The industrial specialization plays a leading role in the development of the urban agglomerations, but it does not favor the development of the urban agglomerations. In contrast, the diversification has a positive effect to economic growth, but their effects are not outstanding in the short time. In the end of this paper, we put forward some corresponding policy recommendations according to the existing problem of the industrial structure and division in these three urban agglomerations.
