摘　　要：“和谐社会”如今已成为中国政治、经济和社会生活的关键词之一。和谐社会是社会的各种要素和关系相互融洽的状态。社会和谐与否与人们的经济生活、政治生活、文化生活和日常生活密切相关。在社会主义市场经济条件和民主政治条件下,和谐社会实质上是一个民主与善治的社会、秩序与法治的社会、公平与正义的社会、宽容与友善的社会、诚实与信任的社会。而建设社会主义法治国家也早已成为举国之共识。法律与和谐社会之间存在着诸多共同的价值追求。Harmonious society＂ has become one of keywords in China＇s politics, economy and social life.Harmonious society is a state that each factor and relation is interactively integrated. Under the situation of socialism market economy and democratic politics, harmonious society, in its essence, is a society with democracy, law, order, justice, fairness, generosity, friendship, honest and credit. Construction of socialism country with law has become a common view. There is a lot of common valuable pursuit between law and harmonious society.
