慢支固本冲剂治疗慢性支气管炎的临床研究

摘　　要：本文旨在进一步确认慢支固本冲剂的临床效果,对218例慢性支气管炎患者进行临床疗效观察,并以固本咳喘片做对照,同时观测肺功能、体液及细胞免疫等有关指标。结果表明临床总疗效冲剂组明显优于对照组,(P<0.001);咳嗽、咯痰、喘息等主要症状改善情况明显优于对照组,与疗前比有明显改善;T淋巴细胞转化率及CD_8^+变化较疗前明显增强(P<0.01～0.001);FVC、FEV_1、MMEF等肺功能变化指标有明显改善(P<0.01～0.001);随访冲剂组急性发作次数较对照组明显减少。由此冲剂组急性发作次数较对照组明显减少。由此说明慢支固本冲剂治疗慢性支气管炎有较稳定的疗效,宜于临床推广应用。The article reported the observing results of 422 patients with chronic bronchitis treated with manzhiguben infusion, meanwhile took gubenkechuanpian as control groupetermined lung function and interrelated immunologic indexes. The results showed that the totally curative effect of infusion group was significante better than that of control group. (P<0. 001), main symptoms (cough,phlegm and gasp improved significantly. FVC., FEVj and MMEF got better than that of control group,immunologic function got stronger than that of before treated. All these indicated that the curative effect of nianzhiguben infusion on chronic bronchitis was stable.
