摘 要:目的探讨肝移植术后的营养支持方法。方法对27例次的肝移植术后的营养支持治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组1例术后34天死于MODS。26例均能耐受营养支持治疗。术后未发生导管败血症、吸入性肺炎、腹痛、呕吐和恶心等并发症。5例出现轻到中度腹泻,术后肝功能指标恢复良好,前白蛋白,转铁蛋白均有显著改善。结论合理的营养支持可以明显促进肝移植患者术后的恢复。Objective To study the methods of postoperative nutritional support of the liver transplantation.Methods From Jan.2004 to Dec.2005,24 cases with liver transplantation received postoperative neutritional support were analyzed retrospectively. Enteral nutrition was used from 24 to 36 hours postoperative,combinated with parenteral nutrition. Result One case died from MODS 34th days after operation.Nutritional support treatment was tolerated in 26 cases. No catheter septecemia,aspiration pneumonia,abdominal pain,vomiting and nausea were found after operation. Postoperative mild to morderate diarrhea were occurred in five cases. The liver function indexes were recovered well. The prealbumin and transferrin were improved obviously. Conclusion The postoperative recovery were improved effectively by proper nutritional support in liver transplantation patients.
