摘　　要：氨氯地平、卡托普利逆转高血压左室肥厚效应的对比平庆功１臧梦维２陈■１汪祥海１严文魁１（１．皖南医学院附属医院干内科，芜湖２４１００１２．中国协和医科大学基础医学院药理教研室，北京１００００５）ＴｈｅＲｅｇｒｅｓｓｉｏｎＥｆｅｃｔｏｆＡｍｌｏｄｉｐｉｎ...Aim\ To investige the regression effects of amlodipine and captopril.\ Methods\ Blood pressure,cardiac structure and function parameters,and left ventricular diastolis function parameters were evaluated with two dimensional echocardiography in 21 cases with hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).\ 12 weeks of amlodipine treatment,in comparison with those of captopril theray.\ Results\ SBP,DBP and MAP were significantly decreased in both amlodipine group(group A) and captopril goup( group C) after treatment( P <0 01).\ Left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in group A and in group C were reduced by 21 3% and by 21 6%,respectively( P <0 01).\ Peak velocity E/A ratio was increased by 38 5% in group A and by 46 1% in group C after drug( P <0 01).\ Antihypertensive response were not different between them( P >0 05).\ In group A,blood pressure returned to normal range quickly and heart rates were reduced( P <0 01).\ It is indicated that both amlodipine and captopril can regress LVH and improve left ventricular diastolic function. Conclusion\ Amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension may have more adveantage compared with captopril.
