慢性胃炎舌微循环与证治关系研究

摘　　要：慢性胃炎脾胃气虚兼夹寒湿、血瘀三型的异形微血管丛形态、瘀血扩张血管丛等微循环呈严重瘀滞现象。综合脏腑证型和病邪性质可分为脾胃气虚湿热内蕴型、脾胃阳虚寒湿内困型、肝郁气滞化火犯胃型、脾肾阳虚水湿内停型。治疗立足调理，胃痛久病者还当调气与活血并进。The serious stasis of microcirculation were observed in three types of chronic gastritis Qi defeciency of spleen and stomach,cold and dampness,and blood stasis.According to the differentiation of Zangfu syndromes and the nature of evil factors,the chronic gastritis can mainly be devided into Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach with retention of damp heat,Yang deficiency of spleen and stomach with obstruction of cold and dampness,stagnation of liver Qi with fire attack stomach,and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney with retention of water and dampness。The treatment should be based on regulation.For the long term stomach ache,besides of regulating Qi,the method of activating blood circulation should be used.
