胃舒康胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：应用中药胃舒康胶囊治疗消化性溃疡４１例，并与西药雷尼替丁治疗的３４例作对照，２组病人服药４周后经胃镜复查，结果表明：中药组溃疡愈合率为６０．９８％，证候治愈率为７３．１７％，胃痛减轻时间为８．５４±５．３３ｄ，胃痛消失总有效率为９２．６８％，反酸消失总有效率为８７．０９％，ＨＰ转阴有效率为７０％。与西药组对比，除胃痛消失时间，对照组较治疗组为短（Ｐ＜０．０５），其余２组都相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。在中医证型疗效方面，虚寒、郁热、气滞三型都相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗中未见明显毒副作用，提示该药是治疗消化性溃疡有效而安全的中药新制剂。cases of peptic ulcer were treated with TCM Weishukang Jiaonang(Capsule for Comfering Stomach,G1),and 34 cases were treated with western medicine as control (G2),The reexamination with gastroscope was carried out in both two groups four weeks after treatment.The result showed that,in G.1,the ulcer healing rate was 60.98%,the cure rate was 73.17%,the stomach ache relieving time was 8.54±5.33 days,the effective rate for acid regurgitation was 87.09%,and the negative turning rate of HP was 70%.Except for the stomach ache relieving time which was shorter in G.2(P<0.05),the others showed no difference between two groups (P>0.05).In different types of TCM syndromes,the effects in deficient cold syndrome,stagnated heat syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome were similar (P>0.05).No any toxic and side effects were found during treatment .It indicates that the capsule is one of the new,safe and effective TCM preparations for treating peptic ulcer.
