石斛复方制剂长期毒性的研究

摘　　要：石斛复方制剂对大鼠长期毒性（３个月）的实验研究表明：在肝肾功能、血常规、尿隐血试验以及病理组织学切片检查各方面，低剂量组３ｇ／ｋｇ、中剂量组２０ｇ／ｋｇ与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异，Ｐ均＞０．０５。高剂量组３０ｇ／ｋｇ大鼠血中硷性磷酸酶和血尿素氮增高，与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。结果表明石斛复方制剂的大剂量长期给药对肝肾功能影响是可逆的，停药后即可恢复正常。表明石斛复方制剂为一种安全、有效、无毒的制剂，此为临床应用的安全性提供了实验依据。The experimental study of long term toxicity of Dendrobium Compound to rats showed that,in lower dose group(3g/kg) and middle dose group(20g/kg),the liver and kidney function,blood Rt,urine occult blood test and histopathological section test had no difference from negative control group(P>0.05).In higher dose group(30g/kg),the blood AKP and urea nitrogen obviously increased,compared to those in negative control group(P<0.05).The affect to liver and kidney function by the long term and higher dose application of Dendrobium Compound is reversible which can recover after stopping medication.It indicates that Dendrobium Compound is one of the safe,effective and non toxic preparations.And it furnishes the experimental evidence of clinical safety.
