摘　　要：本文从技术平台建设和工程管理两方面对“青岛有线数字电视整体转换示范工程”进行了综合介绍。Qingdao is the first city that completed the integral digital transformation of CATV in China. providing much valuable experience in this transformation to other cities. Since there was no experience to learn in the process of implementing the project of the integral digital transformation of CATV in Qingdao. it has made many innovations both in building the technical platform and in the management, winning the First SARFT Scientific and Technological Innovation Award in Engineering for 2006. The headend system of the Qingdao CATV digital platform, transmission system and user terminal system are introduced in detail and valuable experience in their engineering management is provided.
